Royal Roaming
Characters move naturally throughout your event, meeting families, speaking with children, posing for photographs and creating spontaneous moments of interaction.

Storybook Sessions
Interactive character-led storytelling and children's sessions designed for libraries, schools, preschools and community programmes.
Storytelling can be complemented by character interaction, movement, music and age-appropriate activities.
Hosted & Stage Appearances
For events that need a set schedule rather than free roaming.
Character introductions, hosted children's moments, storytelling and sing-along segments. Shaped around your brief and timed to your run sheet.

Royal Appearances are quoted according to event duration, location, expected attendance, character requirements, performance scope and any production requirements.
We welcome enquiries from across Sydney and can discuss regional, interstate and destination appearances where appropriate.

A few details before the story begins
Character availability
Our characters and costuming are presented as accurately as possible. Performer and wardrobe availability may vary, and where circumstances require a change, we will discuss suitable alternatives with you.
Travel
Royal Guild is based in Sydney and services the greater Sydney region. Travel outside our standard service area may incur an additional fee. Regional, interstate and destination enquiries are warmly welcomed and considered individually.
Preparing for our arrival
Ahead of your experience, we'll confirm parking and entrance arrangements, suitable performance space, weather contingencies and any technical requirements. For outdoor events, an appropriate shaded or undercover location may be required.
Safety & care
Our performers hold relevant Working With Children Checks and Royal Guild maintains appropriate performer and business insurance. A responsible adult must remain present throughout private children's experiences. Our characters do not provide childcare and generally do not carry or lift children or babies.
Booking
A 50% deposit secures your date, character and booking, with the remaining balance due prior to your event in accordance with your booking confirmation. Full cancellation, rescheduling, weather and booking conditions are provided before your booking is confirmed.
