The communication leading up to the party was fantastic. We received updates about the timetable beforehand, everything was well organised, and the girls arrived right on time. From the moment they arrived, they were so friendly, warm and professional.
Their appearance was simply breathtaking. The hair, makeup and costumes were beyond beautiful, and the attention to detail was incredible. Every guest at the party was completely blown away. It genuinely felt as though we were watching a live theatre performance. Their acting, mannerisms, tone of voice and overall presentation were phenomenal.
What impressed us most was the way they interacted with the children. Some of the children were shy and hesitant at first, but the girls were incredibly patient and gentle. They took the time to connect with every single child and made each of them feel comfortable, included and special. Before long, the children were completely captivated.
They stayed in character for the entire party, even while speaking with parents and other guests, which made the experience feel so magical and authentic from start to finish.
The games and activities were also perfect. They had such a wonderful way of calming the children, keeping their attention and creating an atmosphere where they were excited, happy and completely engaged without becoming overwhelmed.
The level of professionalism, talent and care that went into the entire experience exceeded all of our expectations. Our guests could not stop talking about how incredible they were.
