Royal Celebrations are our signature private party experiences, thoughtfully created around your child, their chosen character and the little details that make their celebration entirely their own.
Our characters don't simply arrive to entertain. They arrive with stories to tell, questions to ask, adventures to begin and a world of their own to share.
Because when make-believe is done properly, for a little while, it feels completely real.

The Royal Introduction
30 minutes
A beautiful shorter experience for younger children, intimate celebrations, or as the magical centrepiece of a larger party.
Your experience may include a grand character entrance, personalised interaction, a short story or character-led performance, photographs, birthday wishes and the all-important cake moment.

Royal Coronation available as an optional addition.
The Signature Celebration
60 minutes
Our signature Royal Guild experience. With more time to settle into the story, your character will lead an immersive celebration combining personalised interaction, storytelling or performance, a character-inspired activity, time amongst the children, photographs and the birthday celebration.
Every Signature Celebration concludes with our Royal Coronation Ceremony — a special birthday presentation and keepsake created to make the guest of honour feel exactly that.

Selected celebrations are also available with two characters. Duo experiences are quoted individually according to character combination, location and event requirements.

Neither are our characters.
Rather than giving every character the same list of party games, each Royal Guild experience is thoughtfully shaped around the character's personality and world.
- Belle may arrive ready to share stories and teach a graceful royal dance.
- Rapunzel might bring art, adventure or a little hair magic.
- Ariel's visit may be filled with bubbles, ocean movement and under-the-sea play.
- Alice brings curious games and wonderfully nonsensical adventures.
- Barbie? Expect sparkle, confidence, glam and plenty of posing.
- Our more traditional royals favour storytelling, graceful interaction, conversation and those quieter moments where a child gets to simply be with their princess.

The Royal Coronation
For selected characters, the birthday child can be formally welcomed into their character's world with a ceremonial presentation and beautiful keepsake.
For our traditional princesses, that may mean a tiara and framed Royal Certificate. For Barbie, becoming an official Birthday Barbie. For Alice, a wonderfully curious honour from Wonderland. And for Glinda, being crowned a very special Good Witch, complete with her own pink birthday treasures.
Available as an addition to selected shorter celebrations and included in our Signature Celebration.

If you've arranged a tea party, picnic, pass the parcel, small craft, glam activity or another special moment you'd love your character to participate in, tell us when enquiring. We'll work with you to determine what suits the character, timing and flow of your celebration.
A few details before the story begins
Character availability
Our characters and costuming are presented as accurately as possible. Performer and wardrobe availability may vary, and where circumstances require a change, we will discuss suitable alternatives with you.
Travel
Royal Guild is based in Sydney and services the greater Sydney region. Travel outside our standard service area may incur an additional fee. Regional, interstate and destination enquiries are warmly welcomed and considered individually.
Preparing for our arrival
Ahead of your experience, we'll confirm parking and entrance arrangements, suitable performance space, weather contingencies and any technical requirements. For outdoor events, an appropriate shaded or undercover location may be required.
Safety & care
Our performers hold relevant Working With Children Checks and Royal Guild maintains appropriate performer and business insurance. A responsible adult must remain present throughout private children's experiences. Our characters do not provide childcare and generally do not carry or lift children or babies.
Booking
A 50% deposit secures your date, character and booking, with the remaining balance due prior to your event in accordance with your booking confirmation. Full cancellation, rescheduling, weather and booking conditions are provided before your booking is confirmed.
